By purchasing training from Legacy Lab Inc. ("Coach J," "we"), you agree to these terms.
We provide group basketball training and shooting training sessions in Pensacola, Florida. Sessions currently run on Fridays: Group Training 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Shooting Training 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Session times and availability are subject to change. We post the current schedule on our website and notify booked athletes of changes by email.
We accept Step Up for Students scholarships. Families paying through Step Up must complete the training waiver and select Step Up for Students as the payment method.
Every athlete must have a completed liability waiver on file before participating. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for athletes under 18.
All sales are final. If you cannot make a session, you may reschedule to another available session by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. See our Refund Policy for details.
Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Athletes are expected to show up on time, bring appropriate gear, and treat coaches and fellow athletes with respect. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior disrupts training or endangers others, without refund for that session.
Basketball involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session or membership period in which any claim arose, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
