Legacy Lab Inc. ("we," "us," "Coach J") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

- Payment information: When you purchase a membership or session, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, and payment details. We do not store your card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that data.
- Checkout information: If you start a checkout but do not complete it, we may keep your name and email so we can follow up about your booking.
- Free session claims: When you claim a free session, we collect your name and email to verify eligibility (one free session per athlete).
- Waiver information: When you complete the training waiver, we collect athlete and parent/guardian contact details, emergency contacts, medical disclosures, and your selected payment method (site payment or Step Up for Students).
- Communications: If you contact us, we keep your message so we can respond.
How We Use It
- To book your training sessions and send confirmations
- To verify free session eligibility and prevent duplicate claims
- To follow up on incomplete bookings
- To keep athletes safe (emergency contacts, medical notes)
- To process payments and manage memberships
- To respond to your questions
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Data Sharing
We share limited data only with the services that run this site: Stripe (payments), Google (calendar scheduling and email), and GitHub Pages (website hosting). Each has its own privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
Our training serves minors. Waiver and registration information for athletes under 18 is provided by a parent or legal guardian, and we use it only to operate the training program.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us at the phone number listed on our main page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new date.
